Timesheets

This screen displays your Timesheets (TS) and allows you to change them if they are not locked (approved or outdated delay of update if these parameters are defined).
The working days of locked TS appear in taupe.

During your connection with b-tempo, the screen shows your TS of the month, but you can choose quite other month. In general, the first year of use of b-tempo, you will have TS for every month of the ongoing year and of next year.
You can so see any time, grab or change your projected and crossed time.
You can grab and update your time freely: all at once at the beginning or end of the month if you have only a single imputation over this month; every day, or even several times a day if you charge time on many imputations, clients, business, etc. during the day.
You will be able to change all your TS as long as they are not locked.

Except you, the main administrator is always authorised to change your TS.
Other Administrators, your Manager of group or your Supervisor (if approval is not setted, you do not have supervisor) can see your TS, but can change them only if the permission is given to them by the main administrator.

Only your supervisor and the main administrator can approve your TS (when approval is setted).

Warning :
Do not wait more than 20mn to make "save", because you risk being disconnected and losing your changes.
Having clicked on "saving", wait that TS is completely recorded (several seconds if you made many changes).
